ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Megan Green - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and your focus is on bringing in new clients and business to our amazing office. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services and using needs based conversations to help protect people for when the worst happens.
**Must be willing to complete the CTS assessment prior to interview:::

Required in office hours are 9:00AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Additional ours may be worked based on employees desired level of success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Make outbound calls to prospects at a high level to gain their interest in our services.
- Hit minimum daily activity goals and monthly sales goals,
- Maintain a positive upbeat attitude with customers and team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Out going and able to build relationships over the phone.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month
