Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative who will also support in-book sales efforts. This dual-role is critical to maintaining high client satisfaction while helping grow our existing client portfolio through proactive sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage client accounts, including policy updates, billing questions, and claims assistance.
- Conduct in-book sales activities by identifying opportunities within the existing client base to offer additional insurance products or policy enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
- Collaborate with Megan Green and the team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about insurance products and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services preferred.
- Comfortable with sales and discussing insurance products with clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and willing to learn agency management software.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
