Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Full-Time Sales Representative with experience in both Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance sales. The successful candidate will help clients safeguard their homes, vehicles, and financial future by offering customized insurance products. This role demands excellent sales skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in P&C and Life insurance products.
- Conduct detailed needs analyses to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service and regular follow-up.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to agency growth.
- Keep current on insurance industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize cross-selling and client retention opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in P&C and Life insurance sales or related financial services experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Licensed or able to obtain P&C and Life insurance licenses in the state promptly.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Additional Requirement:
- Candidates will be required to complete the CTS (Candidate Testing Service) assessment. The assessment must be completed prior to being invited for an interview.
