Megan Green State Farm is seeking an energetic, outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative. This is an in-office telemarketing position where you’ll connect with prospective customers, generate leads, and help grow one of the area’s top-performing State Farm agencies.
No insurance experience is required. We’ll train the right person and provide a clear path to becoming a fully licensed insurance professional.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Schedule appointments for our licensed team
- Build relationships and identify insurance needs
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records
- Help support marketing and customer outreach efforts
- Meet daily and monthly activity goals
Career Advancement
This is an entry-level position designed to develop into a fully licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health Account Manager.
As you grow with our agency, you’ll:
- Earn your Georgia Property & Casualty License
- Earn your Georgia Life & Health License
- Transition into servicing and selling insurance
- Move from an hourly position into a salary plus commission role with strong earning potential

Requirements
- Full-time, in-office position (no remote work)
- Must live within approximately 30 minutes of our Holly Springs office during normal busy traffic
- Completion of the CTS Assessment is required before an interview will be scheduled. Qualified applicants will receive the assessment after applying.
