Insurance Sales Producer – P&C and Life & Health
Megan Green State Farm
Megan Green State Farm is looking for motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Producers.
We are hiring for both in-office and remote opportunities, with different experience requirements depending on the work arrangement.
In-Office Candidates: No prior insurance experience is required. If you have the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we will provide training and help you through the insurance licensing process.
Remote Candidates: Prior insurance sales experience is required. We are looking for candidates who already understand the insurance sales environment and can be productive while working independently.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Evenings or weekends optional.

What You'll Do:
As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will help new and existing customers identify their insurance needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, and prospecting
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other Property & Casualty insurance products
- Identify and develop Life & Health insurance opportunities
- Conduct needs-based conversations with prospective and existing customers
- Cross-sell products to help customers build more complete insurance plans
- Consistently follow up with leads and prospects
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships
- Meet individual sales, activity, and production goals
- Maintain accurate customer and prospect information
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training
Licensing
A Property & Casualty (P&C) license and Life & Health (L&H) license are required to become a fully licensed producer.
Not licensed yet? For our in-office positions, that's okay. We are willing to hire the right person without previous insurance experience and help them work toward obtaining their licenses. We provide training, coaching, and support.
For remote positions, prior insurance sales experience is required, and preference will be given to candidates who are already appropriately licensed.

Remote Applicants:
Prior insurance sales experience is required for remote consideration. Remote team members need to be comfortable managing their own daily activity, prospecting, following up, and producing results with less direct supervision.
